Cépagement: 60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and heritage vines

Soil: Selection of emblematic parcels across the appellation’s four major terroirs: rolled pebbles, sandy soils, red clays, and limestone. 

Upbringing: A long fermentation (6 to 8 months) was followed by submerged vinification in the Vinarium® where ageing continued with the barrels fully immersed in a 7,000 litre truncated wooden vat specially designed to eliminate any external influence.
