Falanghina
![]() |
Falanghina is an ancient white grape variety from Southern Italy known for its fresh, mineral-driven character and intense citrus flavours of lemon, grapefruit and bitter orange. This can be surprising at first but after a few sips, expect to be hooked. The wines have crisp acidity and excellent minerality, especially those from the volcanic soils of Basilicata's Mont Vulture. They go very well with seafood, shellfish, mozzarella, and light Mediterranean dishes |
