Drinking Dates: 2028 to 2035+

Cépagement: 80% Grenache, 20% “heritage vines” (Counoise, Terret, Picpoul noir…), including 5% white varieties (Roussanne)From 15 parcels spread across the appellation’s key soil types: rolled pebbles, limestone and clay.

Upbringing: The old vines underwent a long cocotte maceration (3 months under sealed tank conditions), partly with whole clusters, bringing balance between power and salinity. Part of the wine is aged in Wine Globes, the rest in demi-muids and in Vinarium®. |
