Straw yellow with fragrant aromas and plenty of freshness. It has delicate aromas of white flowers and acacia, followed by hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Medium-bodied with a fresh finish.

Cépagement: 100% Fiano

Upbringing: Fermentation for 15 days of the free-run juice at a low temperature (no more than 12°C), in stainless steel vats. Around 4 months’ bottle-aging.
