Fresh and elegant white, peachy and very drinkable. Lots of mineral and sherbet, saline even. Quite sophisticated. Very enjoyable to drink.

Cépagement: 100% Vermentino from vineyards 90 metres above sea level.

Soil: Rocky

Upbringing: Fermentation between 16-18°C in steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Aged for 5-6 months in steel tanks then 3 months in the bottle.

ABV: 12%
