From vineyards in Barolo, Novello and Monforte d'Alba, Barolos this is a rich Barolo with whiffs of oak on the nose. The pure Nebbiolo fruit comes through well in this structured, ripe wine with good tannic grip. Everything is in place.

Upbringing: After pressing, temperature controlled fermentation at 28°C followed by a 15 day maceration then malolactic fermentation in a mixture of stainless steel and wood. The wine is aged traditionally in big barrels for two years prior to bottling.
