| Better than many Bourgogne Rouge, this Village Givry is a joy. Full and fruity and Inevitably the most instantly accessible of the red wines, Preface is similar in style to a Bourgogne Rouge or lesser village wine from a top Côte de Nuits producer. There is good concentration but the tannins are deliberately quite soft and other structural elements help to make it drinkable from a young age. |
