Château Juvenal, Ventoux 2021 'Garrigue'

'Garrigue' is a touch lighter in body than the 'Ribes' rouge but it has all the graceful charm of a Juvenal wine. Superb vfm.

Drinking Dates: 2024 to 2028

Cépagement: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah (30-50 year old vines)

Soil: Clay and limestone, south facing, 25% slope at the highest point of the estate.

Upbringing: Racking and pigeages throughout alcoholic fermentation followed by ageing on lees in thermo-regulated tank (Grenache) and in new and used barrels (Syrah) for 12 months.

ABV: 14.5%
