| A Blanc de Noir sparkling wine from pure Grenache. There aren't many of these made yet but there will be when other winemakers take notice of this. It's a lovely everyday fizz, plenty of character and surprisingly complex. The bubbles are quite soft too and there is a good dry finish. |
