Cépagement: 20% each Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Caladoc, Viognier.

Upbringing: Long pre-fermentation cold maceration for several weeks to encourage aromatics. Each variety was vinified separately in truncated wooden vats then assembled and immersed in Vinarium® for 24 months: wood truncated tank designed to accommodate and immerse 5 barrels. The CO2 produced by Intra becomes the natural preservative agent of Extra.
