100% pure, crystal white desert salt from an ancient and pristine source in the Kalahari Desert combines with tellicherry black pepper from the Malabar coast in southern India to make a spicy pepper crisp with just a hint of sweetness to offset the heat. From home-grown British potatoes, hand-picked and hand-cooked in small batches. Enjoy with wines that can handle a bit of a kick: off dry or sweet wines or wines with some tannins such as Syrah or Aglianico
