| Intense red cherry fruit, seemingly simple but with hidden depths. Almost a cross between top drawer Beaujolais and a lighter bodied Burgundy. Pure and juicy fruit - crunchy even -with a long, sweet finish. In youth, the fruit made this a good partner for charred barbecued meats but it is becoming more serious with age. |
