Very intense and persistent nose with hints of apricot and apple, ending with chamomile. Good mouthfeel, well-balanced. Good food wine.

Drinking Dates: 2023 to 2027

Cépagement: 100% Arneis

Upbringing: After pressing, the grapes ferment for eight days followed by a four day maceration. The wine matures for 18 months in barriques of which 30% are new and 70% used so as to not to extract too much oak during the process. There is additional fining in steel casks up to 12 months before bottling.

ABV: 14.5%
