Servoisine rivals Cellier aux Moines for the top spot in the Joblot range: whereas the latter wine is structured and elegant, Servoisine is more seductive. A gorgeous wine.

Upbringing: Grapes are 100% destemmed. After fermentation, wines spend 16 months in assorted oak barrels (Francois Freres). Decidedly non-interventionist winemaking.
