Superb - delicious and concentrated Pinot - definitely more Gevrey than Givry - with good acidity that bodes well for the future.

Cépagement: 100% Pinot Noir

Upbringing: 100% destemmed. Fermented in barrels filled to allow a little airspace on top. Half the wine was fermented in new barrels and 50% in second year barrels. The various parcels were then blended and aged for 12 months in barrique.
