Upbringing: Hand-harvested. Separate vinification of the different varieties with fermentation in vats. Aged 18 months in 30% new oak barrels.

ABV: 14%

Critic Reviews: Very plush and round and beautifully balanced. Good life and lovely texture. Big but polished. Soyeux/silky yet powerful.
