| Bold, attractively oak-aged red with a slightly changed blend including Mouvèdre which adds leathery black fruit characters. The best TPH we have tasted, drinking well now but will develop well with time. |

Upbringing: ORGANIC. The Syrah and Mouvèdre were aged in barrels, the Grenache in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 months.
