Upbringing: When about 90 g/l of residual sugar is left over, the fermentation is stopped with pure alcohol (99 % vol.). The wine is fermented in vats, and then placed in a barrels for 12 months where it is matured without malolactic fermentation to conserve its freshness. 1000 bottles produced.
