Upbringing: The grapes are manually harvested. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are sorted, crushed and vatted. The fermentation is quite long and the extraction is done by manual punching down. After the malolactic fermentation and blending, the wines are aged in oak foudres and barrels for a year.

'Dark magenta. Suave, mineral-and spice-tinged black raspberry, cherry-cola and potpourri aromas pick up hints of fresh bay and rosemary with air. Juicy, focused and energetic on the palate, the intense red and blue fruit, lavender and exotic spice flavours deepen steadily through the back half.
