Tasting Notes: Named in memory of Pascal`s brother, this is Loire Pinot at its very best. Deeper in colour than the Terre de Maimbray and with added richness. We have tasted (and bought) this wine over several vintages but there is no doubt that 2018 is the best yet: more open at this early stage with sweet fruit, countered beautifully by creamy oak adding some additional spice. Good weight and elegant tannins.
