Tasting Notes: Roussanne, Vermentino and Grenache Blanc in more or less equal parts are harvested at just 16 hl/ha and aged in second hand barrels which flesh out the texture beautifully. Perennially popular.
All wines from this estate | Drinking Dates: 2022 to 2026 | Cépagement: 33% each Grenache, Roussanne, Vermentino | Soil: Brown schist | Upbringing: Each variety is hand-harvested and sorted at optimum maturity. Direct pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels between 14 and 20°C. Varietal ageing. After a cold settling in vats, the fermentation is carried out in barrels at a low temperature in order for it to last longer, thereby conserving the juice’s fruity flavours.
