Tasting Notes: For us, the star of the portfolio, a well-extracted, concentrated Pinot bursting with raspberry fruit. Very complex, well above its humble status. A fabulous blend of four premier cru sites brings together the black fruit of Clos Marole with the elegance of Bois Chevaux, the structure of Cellier aux Moines and the power of Servoisine. The whole really is greater than the sum of its parts. Another fantastic Burgundy in the making.
