Tasting Notes: Flavio Pra followed his exquisite 2015 with another winner. Very similar in style with, perhaps, a little more acidity making this vintage even more juicy and food friendly.
All wines from this estate | Drinking Dates: 2020 to 2026 | Cépagement: 85% Corvina and Corvinone, 10% Rondinella, 5% Croatina (vines up to 45 years old, 5ha) | Upbringing: Destemmed and crushed prior to a 10-15 day maceration and fermentation in a mix of stainless steel and oak at 23-25 degrees for 8 days.
