Tasting Notes: 'A La Mer' is a fantastic wine which also raises money for the Sea Foundation (1€ for every bottle sold). The black grapes give the more red fruited Grenache an extra dimension. Lovely.
All wines from this producer | Drinking Dates: 2025 to 2030 | Cépagement: 50% Grenache (100 years+), 20% Mourvèdre (80 years+), 20% Syrah (45 years+) and 10% Cinsault. | Soil: Poor and sandy soils in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail hills | Upbringing: ORGANIC. Very long cold maceration with pigeage to extract the maximum aromatics. Great care was taken over the use of water in the production of this wine (less than one bottle of water per bottle of wine).
