Tasting Notes: Golden, unctuous, peppery and fruity. Almost Italian in style. Concentrated flavours. Above all, delicious. No greasiness unlike some oils. No bitterness: sweet rather on the finish.
A favourite way of enjoying this oil is poured over Coeur de Boeuf tomatoes and sprinkled with a little salt. When the salad is finished, the oil should be mopped up with bread.
