Tasting Notes: Very approachable St Joseph from parcels across the appellation. Red-black fruit and easy tannins. A touch of oak adds class.

Aged 18 months in new oak from Allier and Nevers. Barrels 50% new with oxygen added every 4 months. | ABV: 12.5% | Critic Reviews: 'Excellent spiciness on the nose, with juicy blackberry fruit and a long, refreshing, elegant persistence. Refined and balanced – what it might lack in concentration it makes up for with perfume.' 17/20 (Richard Hemming MW, jancisrobinson.com) |
