All wines from this estate | Drinking Dates: 2022 to 2030 | Cépagement: 100% Pinot Noir | Upbringing: 100% destemmed. Fermented in barrels filled to allow a little airspace on top. Half the wine was fermented in new barrels and 50% in second year barrels. The various parcels were then blended and aged for 12 months in barrique. | ABV: 13% |
