Tasting Notes: The most powerful of Joblot's reds, making it a good contrast to the Cellier aux Moines, with fabulous structure to support the fruit. This is a wine for the long haul which will see off many more expensive wines from the Cote d'Or. Servoisine has more assertive tannins and blacker fruit than Cellier aux Moines (although not as black as Clos Marole). Give it time and your patience will be well rewarded.
