Tasting Notes: The most backward of the quartet of Premier Cru wines in 2017 at this stage, at least, the Bois Chevaux contains the prettiest fruit with overt strawberry character. It just needs a little time to mesh together but this is quite usual for this wine. It will be lovely from 2020 or so.
