Tasting Notes:
A new Banyuls which has been aged outside in glass demi-johns in the traditional manner. Remarkably, given the amber colour of the wine, it is 90% Grenache Noir, the balance being Grenache Gris. A wine that will give immediate pleasure but which has the potential to develop more nuances and outlive all of us.
