Tasting Notes: Stephane uses grapes from his own vineyard together with others which he sources from growers to achieve the blend he is looking for. The wine exudes Provencal charm with notes of ripe raspberries as well as blackcurrants, liquorice and pepper. Sturdy with silky tannins and a long finish of ripe cherries and minerals.
