Tasting Notes:
This 2009 has the classic Usseglio nose of herbs and cherry liqueur, a lovely mouthfeel which is not overdone and plenty of red/black fruit. The tannins are fine and well balanced and the wine is clearly going to develop well over the decade.

Upbringing:
3 week fermentation in cement vats where it remains for another 10 weeks for malolactic fermentation before being transferred to oak casks for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered
