Tasting Notes: The Kimmeridgean chalk found in Chablis is present here as well and gives Pascal Reverdy's Sancerre Blanc excellent precision. Concentrated and rather powerful in a reassuring way, this has quite a restrained nose (not too Sauvignon!), real depth of flavour and plenty of stuffing. It's bright with lively but not overbearing acidity and holds itself up very well.
