Tasting Notes: Lovely, mineral-laden, aromatic white with good potential to take on much more depth. White fruits and apricots dominate but there are liquorice undertones and good acidity to hold this wine together throughout its evolution.

Grapes are cooled to 10°following the harvest. Direct pressing. Fermentation and aged on its lees: 50% in demi-muids and 50% in temperature-controlled tanks for 6 months. | ABV: 14% | Critic Reviews: 'Gorgeous nose, exuberant but not loud, clearly expressed apricot, satsuma and a dab of honey. Medium-bodied, very dry, with a touch of bitter orange on the palate – impressive tension and intensity. Really drinkable, no excessive body, oak or alcohol getting in the way. Mouthwatering saline finish. So impressive. Amazing value for money ' 93/100 (Matt Walls, Decanter) |
