Tasting Notes: A lovely richness from the outset that puts it squarely in the style of the leading Côte de Beaune wines. | Drinking Dates: 2014 to 2019 | Cépagement: 100% Chardonnay | Upbringing: 100% destemmed. Fermented in barrels filled to allow a little airspace on top. Half the wine was fermented in new barrels and 50% in second year barrels.
