Tasting Notes: Every time I taste this stunning wine, new things come through. Sweet, certainly, but the sweetness is countered by nuts, citrus peel (admittedly candied) and other bitter-sweet characters. In its youth, I loved the whiff of tinned peaches but this has integrated over time to add complexity. Delicious.
