Tasting Notes: ORGANIC. A lovely 2015, Syrah-dominated red from the Gassac stable. Excellent structure to back up the ripe fruit, liquorice, kirsch and spice. The Grenache and Carignan add some attractive, welcome red fruit characters. Integrated tannins, well-structured and great length.
