| Soil: Clay, silt and gravelly soil | Upbringing: The grapes are harvested by hand in 3 intervals from the beginning of November to mid December in order to intensify the classical fragrances of crystallized fruits and honey.
The maceration of the de-stemmed grape last 24 hours followed by pressing and stabulation over the deposit from the musts during 10 days. The fermentation takes place in new oak barrels during a 1 month period. |
