Tasting Notes:
Old-vine sweet cherry Grenache. Lovely intensity. Lots of depth. Drinking well already (one of the great things about this vintage) but will age well for a few years more.
Drinking Dates:
2007 to 2013
Cépagement:
60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre (40-60 year old vines, yields of 35hl/ha)
Soil:
Mixed soils: sandy, clay/limestone and garrigues.
Upbringing:
100% destemmed then 15 day fermentation.
Critic Reviews:
"From vineyards in both Rasteau and Cairanne. The wine is full-bodied, rich, shows sweet black cherry and black currant fruit, wonderful balsam wood/resin notes, serious concentration and a medium to full-bodied finish." 89/100 (Parker)

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase wine.
