Tasting Notes: A gorgeous blend of grapes usually found all over France but, in this case, all grown at the Daumas Gassac estate in the Herault Valley. It works fantastically well and, in its youth, presents a crisp and fruity blend that can age into something quite beguiling after 10-12 years or so.
