Tasting Notes: Mainly Grenache, the palate is sweet with hints of spice, cherry and garrigue flavours. A little tannin is noticeable but the mouthfeel is quite creamy and fairly full and the finish long. Packed with potential.

| Drinking Dates: 2015 to 2026 | Cépagement: 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah, 2% Counoise, 2% Cinsault (60-year-old vines) | Upbringing: 3 week fermentation in cement vats where it remains for another 10 weeks for malolactic fermentation before being transferred to oak casks for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered | ABV: 14.5% | Critic Reviews: 'Rich and rampant on the nose. Exceptionally alluring. Well balanced and savoury with the (considerable) tannins kept well in check. Very snazzy and polished but lots of delivery of flavour.' 18/20 ( Jancis Robinson MW, jancisrobinson.com)
'Pungent aromas of red and dark berry skin, lavender and anise, with a spicy overtone. Blackberry and bitter cherry flavors show good depth and energy, with no rough edges and a late note of tangy minerality. Finishes sweet and with with very good persistence, repeating the dark berry note.'
